Companies are invited to take up a range of exhibition and sponsorship opportunities to promote brands and scientific endeavours. Whether you are selling, promoting your company, establishing your corporate message, researching the market or introducing new products, take advantage of the unique Exhibition and Sponsorship opportunities during the 19th EFORT Congress Barcelona 2018.
Please note that the use of the EFORT logo is permitted only in exceptional cases, such as on the invitations to the industry symposia. These rules apply to material before, during and after the congress. Any such intended use is subject to prior written consent from EFORT and should respect the EFORT Use of Logo chapter of the EFORT Corporate Identity Guidelines available upon request.

- In the first instance, please select a location from the exhibition ZONE floorplan where you would ideally like your exhibition booth to be located.
- List up to 3 booth location choices on the exhibition space application form as your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of location. Please note that you can only select 1 booth location choice per zone.
- EFORT will confirm back to you one of your locations or the most appropriate alternative location subject to availability and demand.
- A full exhibition floorplan showing the detailed booth allocation will be shown on the website and then updated regularly.
- The smallest available exhibition space is 9 sqm.
- Rates do not include construction crews or electrical connections or shell scheme packages.
- These and other optional items need to be ordered separately from the PCO (MCI) through the Technical Exhibitor Manual and related secondary service order forms, which will be made available to confirmed exhibitors from end of October 2017.

- EFORT will confirm back to you that you have secured the sponsorship item in question or propose an alternative solution based on your objectives and availability.
- Please note that EFORT respect long-term loyalty toward repeat product sponsorship items and thus the sponsor from the previous year will ALWAYS be offered first option on renewing the same sponsorship item before it is offered to another sponsor.
