Rates and Application Process

Step 1: Familiarise yourself with the full details of rates, processes, contacts and timelines. Please download or access the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Manual where you can reserve (i) exhibition booth space, (ii) industry satellites or/and (iii) selected sponsorship items. Ensure you also read the accompanying general terms and agreement of sponsorship which together with the order forms and the manual comprise the contract of sponsorship.

Step 2: Complete, sign and return the sponsorship form(s) to EFORT directly – for the attention of alan.cole@efort.org. Please note that the receipt of the completed application form(s) by EFORT is interpreted to mean that you have read and agreed with the accompanying general terms and agreement of sponsorship and also the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Manual.

Step 3: EFORT will acknowledge receipt of your completed and signed form and confirm the details of the booking by email to the contact identified on the application form. The email confirmation will be accompanied by the corresponding invoice and/or any other additional information necessary for you to advance your planning of your participation in EFORT Geneva 2016. Direct access to the restricted section of the website will also be granted and communicated to all confirmed sponsors to access the technical manual and additional service order forms in due course.

• In the first instance, please select an available booth number/location  from the exhibition floorplan where you would ideally like your exhibition booth to be located.
• List these on the exhibition space application form as your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of location.
• EFORT will confirm back to you one of your locations or the most appropriate alternative location subject to availability and demand.
• A full floorplan showing the detailed booth allocation will be shown on the website here from the week beginning 12th October 2015 and then updated regularly.

The Exhibition Space Rate is CHF 760 per sqm plus VAT.
Please note this is for floor space only!

• The smallest available exhibition space is 9 sqm (in-line stand only available for the minimum space).
• Rates do not include construction crews or electrical connections.
• These and other optional items need to be ordered separately from the PCO (MCI) on the basis of the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Manual and related service order forms, which will be made available to confirmed exhibitors in due course.

• In the first instance, please identify your preferred room size and date of your satellite activity.
• Rates vary by date and room size and are shown on the industry satellite activity application form and detailed in the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Manual.
• Please complete the industry satellite activities application form and submit it to: alan.cole@efort.org
• EFORT guarantee to allocate and confirm back to you the most appropriate room based on your preferences and availability or to work with you and find the most appropriate alternative solution.

• In the first instance, please identify the sponsorship items of most interest to you in complimenting and achieving your objectives for EFORT Annual Congress Geneva 2016.
• Rates vary by item and are shown on the Sponsorship Application Form and detailed in the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Manual.
• Please complete the Sponsorship Application Form and submit it to: alan.cole@efort.org
• EFORT will confirm back to you that you have secured the sponsorship item in question or propose an alternative solution based on your objectives and availability.
• Please note that EFORT respect long-term loyalty toward repeat product sponsorship items and thus the sponsor from the previous year will ALWAYS be offered first option on renewing the same sponsorship item before it is offered to another sponsor.
