Presenters who have successfully uploaded the electronic version of their(s) poster(s) have been allocated a physical space to present their work on-site during the poster sessions (Poster area within Exhibition, Hall 1).
Every poster is presented only during one day. Poster sessions will be running as follows:
- Wednesday 01 June: 13:00 – 14:30
- Thursday 02 June: 13:15 – 14:45
- Friday 03 June: 13:15 – 14:45
- Daily set up of posters is done from 08.30 to 12.30 and dismantling is mandatory after 15.00. Posters not removed before 17.30 will be discarded.
- For the exact location of your poster, please make sure you know your poster ID corresponding to the number of your abstract (#XXXX) and refer to the floorplans displayed on-site. For any question, please ask for help at the Poster Desk (located in the same area).
- Some authors have been selected for an on-site oral presentation of their poster during a Poster Walk and have been informed by e-mail. This is only a short 5-minute discussion with a Faculty member in front of the poster. No additional material is required. It consists in a brief description of the study and the results to raise an interesting discussion.
- Authors who are not in front of their poster during the poster session on the day allocated will not be evaluated. The best poster of each group evaluated will receive a special distinction.
