- Companies may place press releases related to the 15th EFORT Congress in the press room. Company press releases have to contain reference to the 15th EFORT Congress as well as to the session/abstract they relate to.
- Press releases by companies must be received for approval by the EFORT press office (kofler@bkkommunikation.com) not later than 15 days before the beginning of the Congress.
- Companies may not place or publish press releases prior to discussions of the relevant topic/abstract in the Satellite Symposium and/or oral poster session.
- Invitations to third party press meetings may be placed in the press room only.
