ORAL PRESENTATIONS (Free Paper Sessions)
Abstracts submitted for oral presentation as Free Papers are expected to have very high scientific quality and should correspond to complete studies with outstanding results and innovative conclusions.

The best-rated Free Papers may be put forward for the EFORT Free Paper Award. From the presentations that are received, the three best will be selected for the award. The authors of the selected papers will be informed prior to the Congress, and certificates will be presented during the respective sessions at the Congress.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS (Jacques Duparc Awards)
Abstracts submitted as Posters can be based on preliminary results and correspond to short studies or trials. High scientific level is expected in any case.

Out of the best-rated poster abstracts submitted for the Congress, the ten best will be awarded the Jacques Duparc Award. Authors will be informed prior to the Congress, and certificates will be presented during the Congress.
CLINICAL CASES PRESENTATIONS
Abstracts submitted as Clinical Cases should refer to a single case report presenting scientific value for the use of a specific treatment or technique.

NURSES PRESENTATIONS
For Nurses only! Abstracts from this category will be accepted either as Free Papers to be allocated in the Nurse Session or as Posters to be presented in the common Poster sessions.

The best-rated abstract may be put forward for the EFORT Allied Profession Award. The authors of the selected abstract will be informed prior to the Congress, and a certificate will be presented during the respective session at the Congress.
