The CME certificates from the 16th EFORT Annual Congress Prague 2015 are now available in EFORTnet

Dear participants of the 16th EFORT annual congress 2015 recently held in Prague, Czech Republic between the 27 and the 29 May 2015,

As a participant to the congress you are entitled to 18 CME points.

How to obtain your Congress Certificate:

Your CME certificate is now available in EFORTnet, to access it, simply choose one of these two options:

1)      If you are not already registered on EFORTnet, activate your EFORTnet account with your EFORT congress badge,

or,

2)       if you already have your EFORTnet account, simply login to your EFORTnet account.

The electronic version (PDF) of your nominal CME certificate is posted on your “My EFORTnet” page under your profile description.

IMPORTANT: Prior to the first download of your CME certificate please check if your name has been spelt correctly – because despite unlimited further downloads the certificate is ONLY generated one unique time.
