On Monday 28 November 2022 at 19:00 CET, the EFORT Webinar on Neck of Femur Fracture in The Young Adult will focus on femoral neck fractures (intracapsular fractures in the young population, usually presenting following high-energy trauma or repetitive stress / training-related conditions.
This event will be chaired by Karl Stoffel, Switzerland.
The objectives of this webinar are:
- To provide a diagnostic algorithm and guidance to decision-making.
- To define the parameters of an acceptable reduction and describe different methods to achieve this.
- To explore the indications and technical aspects of a hip replacement for a young patient with a femoral neck fracture.
- To offer typical case examples of the different methods and explore them via discussion.
