REGISTRATIONS AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS / PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
POLICY
Please note that your registration and/or hotel reservation cannot be
processed without payment. Please submit your payment information together
with the completed registration form. You may pay by credit card or bank
transfer (see details below). Online registration and hotel booking with
secure payment is available from September 2010. We strongly encourage
on-line registration (credit card payment only). Registrations sent by
fax or mail are subject to an additional EUR 25 administration charge.

You will receive confirmation only after both your form
and payment have been received.
NAME CHANGES (REPLACEMENTS)
Name changes
are accepted at an extra charge of EUR 56/change (VAT included).
CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS
Any changes or cancellations in
connection with registration fees, hotel accommodation or excursions must
be notified in writing to OIC srl, fax +39 055 5035230, e-mail registration@efort.org.
In case of cancellations received:
- Before 15 December 2010 The paid
amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% as penalty charge.
- Between
15 December 2010 and 30 March 2011 The paid amount will be refunded
with a deduction of 50% as penalty charge.
- After 30 March 2011 No
refund will be made for cancellations or no-shows. Refunds will be processed
after the Congress.
