Free Paper Awards
The best scored free papers will have the possibility to compete for the
“EFORT Free Paper Award”. The authors are asked to submit their full
free paper PRESENTATION by 10 March 2011 at the latest.
Among the received presentations the EFORT Award Committee selects the
three best presentations to receive the “EFORT Free Paper Award 2011”.
Furthermore the winners will receive a financial reward (gold: 3.000 EUR,
silver 2.000 EUR, bronze 1.000 EUR).
The authors of the selected papers will be informed prior to the congress.

Jacques Duparc (e-poster) Awards
Out of the best scored e-poster abstracts submitted for the congress
the ten best will be awarded. The authors of the best scored e-poster
abstracts will be informed about the possibility to take part in the
competition prior to the congress and are asked to submit their full
e-poster PRESENTATION by 10 March 2011 at the latest.
Among the received presentations the EFORT Award Committee selects the
ten best presentations to receive the “Jacques Duparc Award 2011”.
The winners will be granted a lump sum of 1.000 EUR each; they will be
informed prior to the congress.

Allied Professions Award
The best scored Allied Profession papers will have the possibility to compete
for the “EFORT Allied Professions Award”.
Among the received presentations the “EFORT Allied Professions Award” committee
selects the best presentation to receive the “EFORT Allied Professions Award
2011”.
The winner will be granted a lump sum of 500 EUR. The authors of the selected
papers will be informed prior to the congress.

EFORT Tribology Award

The Tribology committee selects the best free paper submitted for the
Tribology day to receive the "EFORT Tribology Award 2011".
The authors of the selected free papers during the Tribology day will
be informed prior to the congress and the trophy of the winner will be
handed over during the Tribology day. The winner will receive a financial
reward of 2.000 EUR.
