All E-posters will be shown electronically with search functionality
in the congress venue at the E-Poster stations. Furthermore, the authors
of the top 30 (best rated e-posters) have the possibility to present their
results as a paper poster. The selected authors will be informed personally
prior to the congress.
- E-posters will be available during the entire Congress in the e-poster
area at the meeting venue. E-posters will be available to all Congress
participants via 35 computers exclusively reserved for e-poster presentations.
- E-poster presentations may include up to 10 slides (landscape format)
offering information structured as follows: introduction, materials & methods,
discussion and conclusion.
We recommend 20MB that can be uploaded through the portal. If your presentation
exceeds 30MB, please send a CD to the EFORT Head Office.
- PDF and PowerPoint formats are accepted
- Authors are welcome to add images, tables and detailed data to document
their e-poster better. Videos may also be included. All slides must
be in landscape format. Authors should take full advantage of the slide
area.
Authors with a confirmed registration for the Congress in Copenhagen 2011
are required to upload their e-poster file(s) no later than 20 May 2011
at: http://abstracts.efort.org. E-poster uploading on site is not accepted.
Please use the user name and password you have already received with
your abstract confirmation to log on and access the upload section.
In this same upload private section, authors are welcome to state their
availability to discuss their e-poster with interested Congress participants
at the e-poster meeting point, located in the e-poster area.
